What You Get

Special Videography Rules
  • Bank unused hours up to 60 days (max 4 hours)
  • Extended events use future hours in advance
  • Unused hours at cancellation: $90/hour
  • Extra videography available: $90/hour
  • You cover travel costs, permits, and event access
  • 1 meal per day included when traveling
Scheduling & Feedback
  • Videos posted on the best-performing day and time for your market
  • If you delay feedback or approval, we can't guarantee your content will post on time
Revisions
  • 1 free revision per video
  • Additional revisions: $50/hour
Ownership
  • All footage we film belongs to you
  • We may also use your footage for our own marketing
Cancellation
  • Cancel anytime with 60 days' written notice
  • Outstanding videography hours must be paid before cancellation is final

Scope of Work

The Service Provider agrees to deliver the following services to the Client:

Brand & Content Strategy

One-Time Strategy & Discovery Session (1 Hour):
An in-depth session to explore the Client's vision, goals, and content objectives. This includes identifying the target audience, defining content themes, establishing the types of content to focus on, and discussing foundational evergreen content principles.

Ongoing Services

  • Monthly Content Evaluation Call (1 Hour):
    Reviewing the Client's content performance, making recommendations, and adjusting the strategy as needed.
  • Quarterly Market Research & Report:
    Once per quarter, the Service Provider will provide an in-depth report analyzing market trends, top-performing formats, and strategic recommendations for upcoming content.
  • Content Scheduling:
    Scheduling and publishing content across all active Client social media platforms for maximum reach.
  • Videography (2 Hours per Month):
    Includes professional sound capture. Videography hours may be banked up to the limits stated in the Special Videography Terms.
  • Video Editing (1 Video per Week):
    Editing includes sound design, titling, captioning, and optimization for social media, including hashtags, titles, and descriptions. Editing is provided for both Service Provider–filmed content and Client-provided content.

Deliverables

One-Time Deliverables

  • One (1) 1-Hour Strategy & Discovery Session

Monthly Deliverables

  • One (1) 1-Hour Monthly Content Evaluation Call
  • Up to Two (2) Hours of Videography with Professional Sound (banking allowed up to 60 days / 4 hours total)
  • Four (4) Edited Videos (1 per week)
  • Content Scheduling for all published videos

Quarterly Deliverables

  • One (1) Market Research & Content Performance Report

Timeline

  • All monthly deliverables follow a monthly cycle, starting on the 1st of each month and ending on the last day of the month.
  • Videos will be scheduled for posting once per week on a set day and time determined by optimal market reception.
  • If the Client delays providing feedback or approval and this causes the posting schedule to be missed, this falls outside the Service Provider's responsibility.

Responsibilities

Service Provider Responsibilities

  • Deliver all services outlined in the Scope of Work in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain regular communication with the Client to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
  • Conduct one (1) monthly content evaluation call
  • Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by the Client
  • Provide support and address any questions or concerns regarding the services

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to necessary information, resources, and personnel
  • Provide feedback and approvals within the agreed timeline to maintain the posting schedule
  • Cover all expenses related to videography, including travel, accommodation costs, and one meal per day during travel, as specified in the Special Videography Terms
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure all provided content complies with copyright laws and does not infringe upon third-party rights or violate any governing bodies, affiliations, or applicable laws
  • Confirm ownership or rights to use all submitted content for editing or posting

Special Videography Terms

  • Standard allocation is two (2) hours per month
  • Hours can be banked up to a maximum of 60 days (4 hours total)
  • After reaching the 4-hour cap, no additional hours will accumulate until used
  • Hours cannot be banked beyond the 4-hour limit

Extended Events

For extended events, the total hours worked will be deducted from future months' allocations.

Example: An event requiring 16 hours equals 8 months' worth of videography.
  • During months where hours have been pre-used, no filming will be provided until the balance resets
  • If the Client wishes to cancel before fulfilling pre-used hours, the remaining hours will be billed at $90/hour
  • The Client may request more than 2 hours of videography in a given month, billed at $90/hour for the additional time, payable at any time
  • The Client must also cover any VIP or special access passes required for the videographer to gain backstage or restricted-area access during events

Termination

  • The Client may cancel services at any time with 60 days' written notice
  • Any outstanding hours (as defined under Special Videography Terms) must be paid out before termination

Revisions

  • One (1) revision is included per piece of content
  • Additional revisions will be billed at $50/hour

Intellectual Property

  • All videography footage captured by the Service Provider belongs to the Client upon delivery
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to use any captured footage for their own marketing and promotional purposes
  • The Service Provider uses only digital assets they own or are licensed to use
  • Upon final delivery and posting, ownership of the produced content transfers to the Client
  • The Service Provider will provide necessary licenses in the event that content is flagged for copyright infringement

Warranties & Liability

  • The Service Provider will provide reasonable support for any issues related to the deliverables for up to 30 days after posting
  • After 30 days, additional support will be billed at the applicable hourly rate
  • The Service Provider is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the Client's use of the content

Legal Provisions

  • Electronic Signatures: The Client agrees that electronic signatures are legally binding and enforceable
  • Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect

Additional Terms

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings
  • Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties
  • Assignment: Neither party may assign their rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party
  • Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen events beyond their control
